Margaret has been moved from the ICU. She is in a room in oncology now, where they will continue to monitor and help her get strong enough to start rehab.
Tom has decided to have home health care for himself overnight now. It will start tonight.
Today Margaret is lucid when she is awake. After convincing her that she had never left Roseville and gone to Chicago, she was content to let the pieces fall into place over the next few days. She does not remember the past week except to the extent that she knew she was very sick.
We have started reading her your cards and emails, and she is grateful for all of your prayers and support.

Dear Friends, We pray for God's mercy, grace and favor as you go through healing, recovery and renewal. My old saying, God + you = enough is true for you. Sherri and I are well. Been in Griffin, Ga. 23 years. Pastored 1st Pres. in Griffin 12 years then taught @ Christian High school and was part time Hospice Chaplain. Now I commute to the Philadelphia Pres. church in Forest Park, about 25 miles north of Griffin. Been here 10 years and probably will be until I retire. Our boys are well and good. Spence Jr. is in Athens, Ga. and is Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity. He has a son, SRF the third, 18 months old. Wife Gretchen is a nurse. Erich is in Purvis Miss. Married to Jane. She is a CPA at Howard Industries and Erich works for the computer division. He has daughter 11, named Collin. I do not know how you will get this but I hope both of you will read it and remember our good times at Covenant. Please also know we love you and will continue to intercede and we know that God is good.... All the time. (We say this in my church every Sunday morning). Much love, Spencer/Sherri
